The purpose is to meet each other, discuss your vision and budget and to begin defining expectations.
The next step would be to meet at your lot, if you have one. If you need assistance locating a lot, we can help with that too. Sites have various attributes that should be taken into consideration when designing your home.
Whether you elect to start with an existing plan or create a new design, we are here to guide you in the right direction. We work with architect designers that specialize in various styles so we are confident that we can accommodate any vision.
Once a preliminary design has been established, we will visit on a preliminary set of specifications. Having these 2 items will allow us to provide an estimate to ensure that we are on the right track.
With confirmation that we are indeed on the right track, we will proceed with the final plans. There will be several opportunities to review and edit. At plan completion, the specifications will be updated and a final price will be presented.
With all of the necessary components complete, we are ready to proceed with the construction contract. As soon as your loan is in place, we are ready to begin construction on your new custom home!
